Service Agreement & Authorization

1. Authorization

Customer authorizes Elite Edge Detailing LLC to perform agreed detailing services on their vehicle. Customer confirms they are the legal owner or authorized agent of the vehicle.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Final price may vary based on vehicle condition, excessive pet hair, staining, smoke, sand, or additional labor required.
• Any price adjustments will be discussed prior to completion.
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
• Iowa sales tax will be applied where required.
Accepted payments: Cash, Card, or Digital Payment.

3. Pre-Existing Damage & Vehicle Condition

Customer acknowledges the vehicle may have pre-existing damage including but not limited to:
• Scratches, dents, rock chips
• Faded or peeling paint / clear coat failure
• Loose trim, emblems, or moldings
• Worn upholstery, plastics, or leather
• Stains or worn carpet
• Interior electronic issues

Elite Edge Detailing LLC may document vehicle condition through photos or video before and during the service.

Elite Edge Detailing LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage discovered during the detailing process.

4. Results & Expectations

Detailing improves the appearance and cleanliness of a vehicle but does not restore it to brand-new condition.

Some defects such as heavy staining, scratches, paint damage, or wear may be permanent. Results will vary based on vehicle condition.

5. Personal Property

Customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to service.

Elite Edge Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.

6. 24-Hour Satisfaction Policy

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of completed work.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Edge Detailing LLC is not liable for:
• Mechanical or electrical issues
• Alarm malfunctions
• Damage due to worn or previously repaired parts
• Engine bay pre-existing conditions
• Water intrusion from faulty seals

Liability, if any, will not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Elite Edge Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary, including:
• Mold
• Bodily fluids
• Hazardous materials
• Extreme neglect or contamination

9. Deposit Policy

A deposit will be required to secure appointments, Deposits are non-refundable due to no shows, cancelations, personal life events. Contact us if you need to discuss about deposits or getting your appointment changed.
